Order Processing
At Outdoor Structure Supply, we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
In the event of unexpected delays due to high order volume or carrier service disruptions, we will promptly reach out to you to confirm if you would still like to proceed with your order.
Shipping Availability & Restrictions
Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
We offer free shipping on most products within the continental United States. However, we do not currently ship to:
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

• Custom Structures & Built-to-Order Items: Lead times may vary depending on production schedules. Estimated fulfillment time will be provided at checkout.
• High-Value Items: Some premium outdoor structures may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. On average, we process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, so please reach out to us before this timeframe to request a cancellation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
• Custom-built and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. All sales on these items are final.
