Return & Refund Policy

Key Information
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions. The item must be in new and original condition. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials. Do not attempt to repair any part of the product, as doing so may void the warranty. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your item, please contact our support team before taking any action.

How to Initiate a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@outdoorstructuresupply.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Do not proceed with the return until you receive a response from us. Once we confirm your return eligibility, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are fully responsible for the package until it reaches us. You will need to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the stated requirements, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of this notification.

Please note: All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee, which is automatically retained by our payment processor. This fee is not charged by us and is unfortunately non-refundable once a transaction has been completed. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any questions about the process.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge anytime before they ship. Please contact us as soon as possible. For made-from-scratch or custom-built products, if the building process has already begun, a 25% restocking fee will apply to cover material and labor costs incurred. Damaged Orders
Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If there is any visible damage, note the damage when signing for delivery. Within 24 hours, send the following details to support@outdoorstructuresupply.com: clear images of the damaged product, pictures of the box and packaging, a photo of the SKU label, and a brief description of the damage. If you fail to report the damage within 24 hours of accepting the package, we will not be able to assist you in filing an insurance claim.

Warranty Information

Heritage Sheds & Garages:
Lifetime Warranty covers roofing shingles from IKO or GAF.
50-Year Limited Warranty applies to LP Siding (SmartSide and LP Lap) and MiraTEC corners and fascia boards.

Chery Industrial:
Frame warranty is 1 year against manufacturing defects.
PE Covering Material warranty is 2 years against defects.
PVC Covering Material warranty is 8 years against defects.
